How it

Started

Hawaiian native and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Hale Lake, started Island Noodles more than two decades ago. With his popular family recipe and culinary training, Hale created a flavorful, healthy option for hungry event goers.

Guests from all over the country lined up to try Island Noodles and fell in love. Island Noodles has built a loyal following from state fairs, to the largest music festivals, to major sporting events, by satisfying the cravings of thousands of fans, one cup of noodles at a time.
